Dublin

Ireland’s capital and largest city with a population of 1.1-million, Dublin sits midway up the east coast. As it’s home to the majority of Irish windsurfers and kiters, venues right around Dublin Bay get pretty busy. This vast crescent bay has a decent break alongside excellent flat-water spots to suit all wind directions. The right combination of tide and wind is the deciding factor here. The most powerful waves can be found to the north of ‘Howth’ as Dublin Bay itself is partly shielded by the ‘Kish Bank’.
